Q2 JP Market Stats

Our Q2 sales have shown a slight increase from last year (1.9%), with the median sales price also experiencing a healthy bump (6.1%—$740K). The sold price per sq ft stands at $662. However, these positive trends are overshadowed by the fact that we're still deficient in inventory, as the months' supply of inventory is at 1.4 (a balanced market is around 3-4 months).
