Meet Juan Murray
Broker. Strategist. Trusted Advisor.
I got my start in real estate back in 1994, working with first-time homebuyers and learning the ins and outs of home renovation and acquisition through my role at the nonprofit NACA. Since then, I’ve helped hundreds of clients in the Boston area navigate the twists and turns of buying, selling, and investing in real estate—always with one mission: to make the experience smoother, smarter, and more rewarding.
Early on, I managed large-scale renovation teams on both coasts, giving me a strong foundation in construction, communication, and what truly makes a house a solid investment. I even trained to become a licensed home inspector (until I realized too many crawl spaces weren’t for me). That hands-on experience still shapes how I advise my clients today.
Over the years, I’ve developed a sharp eye for market trends and a deep appreciation for what people really need when making big real estate moves. My clients trust me to be their sounding board, strategist, and advocate—from first walkthrough to final closing.
Based in Boston, I work with a broad range of buyers, sellers, and investors, and I’ve built a network of referral partners across the country. Whether it’s your first condo, your dream home, or your next investment property, I bring decades of experience, a no-pressure approach, and a steady hand to the process.
A few things I believe in:
Straight talk over sales talk
Creative strategy over cookie-cutter solutions
Long-term relationships over quick wins
When I’m not working, I’m usually hanging out with my family, cooking something new in the kitchen, geeking out over Apple gadgets, or watching F1. I live in Cole Haan sneakers, love a good cigar, and never take life too seriously.
Thanks for stopping by—if you’re looking for a thoughtful, experienced agent who puts people first, let’s talk.
With access to top listings, a worldwide network, exceptional marketing strategies, and cutting-edge technology, I work hard to make your real estate experience memorable and enjoyable. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you.
